Writing is something everyone does daily; however, we might
not realize that we are writing. Reports
that you have done for work, emails sent, and even text messages are all forms
of writing; they may not be in the essay format that is required by college
instructors, but you have been writing the majority of your life. All that is required is for you to apply what
you have been doing into the format that your instructor requires. If you are having trouble, the writing center
is here to help you learn to become a better writer. You know that technology fee that you pay;
some of that money goes into the writing center and allows us to have resources
available to help you with your writing assignments. You are paying for it, why not use it? -Robert
