Our Latest Team Member!

Hello, I'm Layeisha, the latest addition to Writing Center! As I was growing up, I loved to write and express myself through writing. It was a hobby for me at first, but once I was a high school student and now a college student it became very boring. I felt like I was only going to write when writing assignments were due. Now as I look at it, I write every day. Whether it is a simple text or I log into social media and make a status here and there, it's still known as writing. There is absolutely NO way around writing! Nowadays I'm finding that I love to write even more than before, and I love learning new and better techniques to improve my writing skills. I wasn't very much informed of the Writing Center until my Fall Semester at Wallace in 2013. I really enjoyed my experiences in the Writing Center when I was tutored; if I had known more about it earlier I would have stopped by and bothered Mrs.Gibson even more!
